It is your responsibility to read these Terms and Conditions carefully prior to purchase, use, or access of any of our products or services, including online courses. These Terms apply to all Ambassadors of Inspiration Inc. offerings, including any current or future online courses, programs, memberships, events, and digital products (collectively, the “Offerings”).

Terms of Site & Course Access and Product Purchaser Agreement

All programs, products, and services are owned and provided by Ambassadors of Inspiration Inc. (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”). The term “You” or “Your” refers to any user or purchaser of the Offerings. These Terms govern how You may use and access the Offerings. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time and will reflect the change with the “Last Updated” date above.

This website is owned and operated by Ambassadors of Inspiration Inc. Use of this website is at Your own risk. Your Product or Course Use and Consent

When You purchased or accessed an Offering, You were reasonably notified that these Terms exist. By moving forward with Your purchase or access, You agree to abide by these Terms as well as any disclaimers and privacy disclosures referenced herein.

You agree You are at least 18 years old or of legal age in Your applicable jurisdiction to access the Offerings. We own Our page layout and design, overall look and appearance, graphics, icons, videos, written material, logos, taglines, and trademarks (common law or federally registered). You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license for non-commercial, personal use only to access any content or materials in the Offerings You have paid for or opted to receive. Access the Offering for Your personal use (additional team members require additional licenses).
Download and/or print Offering materials for Your personal use (each team member who needs access must have their own license).
Use Our trademarks or copyrighted materials only with Our prior written consent and proper credit/marking.

You may not:

Re-sell, trade, share, reprint, republish, distribute, or give away access to the Offering or materials.
Reproduce, alter, edit, remix, or create derivative works for distribution as Your own.

Unless otherwise explicitly stated (e.g., in a subsequent client agreement) or mandated by law, communications are not confidential.

Termination

Financial Considerations

Course Purchase Refunds

We want You to be satisfied with Your purchase and offer a 5-day money-back guarantee for purchases of specified courses within Our Offerings.

If You decide Your purchase was not the right decision for You or Your business, contact orders@ambassadorsofinspiration.com within 5 days of purchase (by 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time on day 5) to request a refund.

We will not provide refunds more than 5 days after purchase. After day 5, all payments are non-refundable and You are responsible for full payment, whether or not You complete the program.

If You opted for a payment plan and do not request a refund within the 5-day window, You must complete all remaining payments as agreed at checkout.

Chargebacks

You agree to request a refund through Us before initiating any chargeback with Your financial institution. If You attempt a chargeback, You forfeit any bonuses or materials included with Your purchase. We reserve the right to present proof of access and these Terms to the financial institution.

Recurring Payments

If You enroll in a payment plan or subscription, You authorize Our continued access to Your payment method through Our third-party processor until all amounts are paid.

Revocation of Access

You may terminate Your access by emailing brandy@ambassadorsofinspiration.com. Termination does not excuse payment obligations; all outstanding balances become immediately due. Balances unpaid after 14 days from termination may be sent to collections, and You agree to be responsible for associated costs and fees.

Dispute Resolution

If We cannot resolve a dispute through good-faith negotiation, You agree to attempt resolution through Alternative Dispute Resolution or Mediation before filing a civil action.

Non-Disparagement

If You are found to be slandering, libeling, or otherwise disparaging the Company, Offerings, or related materials, You may be removed from the Offerings and related communications. We reserve the right to pursue a civil claim for material harm to the Company.

Entire Agreement

By registering with Our website or making any purchase, You consent to Our Privacy Policy. Together with these Terms, that Policy constitutes the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding use of the website.

Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You and Ambassadors of Inspiration Inc. agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in and serving Denver, Colorado for any dispute not subject to binding arbitration or mandatory mediation.
